Send your plan
Share the plan with us on WhatsApp or email. We confirm the terms and tell you exactly what to bring.

Verify and sign
Bring your ID and proof that you can cover the monthly amount. We prepare a simple agreement with the schedule written down.

Pay the deposit and collect
Pay the 20% deposit and take the device. The rest is paid monthly until the plan is cleared.
What you need to bring
- Valid national ID, voter ID or passport
- Phone number registered in your own name
- Proof you can pay monthly: salary slip, business records or an M-Pesa statement
- The deposit ready on the day of collection
Final requirements are confirmed when you apply.
The device is still fully covered
A device bought on a plan is brand new and carries the same 12-month warranty as a cash purchase. Paying monthly does not change your warranty rights.
