Yes. Price in Tanzania sells brand new, sealed devices sourced through official distribution channels. Every unit is checked before it leaves us and comes with a 12-month warranty.

How do I place an order?

Add what you want to your cart or favourites, then send it to us on WhatsApp (+255 766 887 872) or by email (shop@priceintanzania.com). We confirm stock, the final price and the delivery time before you pay.

How do I pay?

We accept M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money, HaloPesa, Bank transfer, Cash on delivery (Dar es Salaam). You get a receipt for every payment.

Do you deliver outside Dar es Salaam?

Accepted Answer

Yes, countrywide. Dar es Salaam: same day or next day. Major cities: 1 - 2 business days. Upcountry: 2 - 4 business days. Zanzibar and Pemba: 2 - 4 business days.

What if the device has a problem?

Accepted Answer

Report any dead-on-arrival unit within 7 days and we replace it. After that, the 12-month warranty covers manufacturing faults. Physical damage, liquid damage and unauthorised repairs are not covered.

Can I buy a phone and pay in installments?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Pay a 20% deposit and clear the balance over 3 to 12 months. Open any product and press "Buy on installments" to see the exact monthly amount for that device.

Can I see the device before paying?

Accepted Answer

In Dar es Salaam you can inspect the device on delivery before you pay. Upcountry orders are confirmed by photo or video of the exact unit before dispatch.
